Seething Waters is a short film entirely composed by real life shots. No actors have been employed, the narrative is made possible by the use of fake subtitles and editing.

Synopsis:
A group of friends wants to get rid of the crowd passing every day in front of their house, to do so they need a great idea: why not convince everybody that water needs to become taxed?
